Russian Artists and Craftsmen

WHY “RUSSIAN MOSAIC”:

  • Because we enjoy classical and folk Russian, Ukrainian, Moldavian, Uzbek, etc. music and literature, but…
  • We also learn Torah and Kabbalah, celebrate all High Jewish Holidays and can not stand still when musicians start to play Hava Nagila and at the same time…
  • We savor Ukrainian “borsch”, Russian “pelmeni”, Georgian “shashliki” and Uzbek’s “plov”.
  • We do remember old Soviet Union all too well but majority of us are American Citizens! We are thankful to our new home that gave us so much and did not ask in return to forfeit our cultural identities.

WE ALL SPEAK RUSSIAN!

“RUSSIAN MOSAIC” WOULD BE IMPOSSIBLE WITHOUT YOU:
